These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the professional service relationship between Xtract Digitals LLC ("Agency", "we", "us") and the client ("Client", "you") executing a Statement of Work, project scope, or service proposal.
Xtract Digitals LLC provides custom digital services including web design, custom web development, brand identity design, digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), workflow automation, and ongoing site maintenance.
To ensure timely project execution, the Client agrees to provide required brand assets, copywriting, credentials, and business information in a timely manner.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for the project, Xtract Digitals LLC transfers to the Client full ownership rights to the final customized visual designs, source code, and branding assets created specifically for the Client.
